Mums’n’Bubs Yoga Tuesdays 10:00-11.00 am 29 June-03 August
Time to connect with your body and Self after the changes of pregnancy and birth. The practice focuses on strengthening and stabilising the core, the pelvic floor, and releasing the shoulders and upper back. Each session is held with the babies on the mother’s mat. The focus is on the mum, with opportunities to playfully interact with your baby during the yoga positions. We may massage the babies, tickle them, chant, sing or rock them. It is a great way to connect with other local like-minded mums in a heart-centered space that acknowledges the ebb and flow of energy during the first months of parenting. Suitable from 6/10 weeks after birth. Suitable for pelvic instability, prolapse, and separated abdominals.
