A beginner’s course with new teacher Carla, a professional dancer turned yoga and pilates teacher. Carla loves exploring and transmiting the importance of movement and breath in accessible and inclusive classes.
The class will cover breathing techniques, major poses and sequences within contemporary Vinyasa yoga and will open the participant’s body to the experience of yoga in gentle and nourishing classes that build progressively.
