A beginner’s course focusing on safe alignment, transitions and breath awareness. An introduction to the feeling of wellness that the continuous movement and breath of Vinyasa yoga (yoga & breathing, together) brings. The class will cover breathing techniques, major poses and sequences within contemporary Vinyasa yoga and will open the participant’s body to the experience of yoga in gentle and nourishing classes that build progressively.
