Vinyasa combines posture sequences and breathing to improve core strength and nourish your body and spirit. Catering for those with yoga experience (with alternative less difficult poses offered for those returning to practice and the less expereinced) to more experienced practitioners. Iyengar classes centre around correct alignment and longer pose holds in sequences designed to gradually open and stretch your whole body.
