6 Week Beginners Level 1 Yoga Course Thursday 7:50-9:00pm Tuesday 9th November – 13th December 2021 This 70 minute class continues from beginners level with special attention to core strength within foundation standing and balance poses. The vinyasa style leads students through sequenced poses in tune with breath. Classes end with at least ten minutes relaxation. Great for those returning to yoga after a break!
