6 Week Beginners continued Yoga Course Tuesday 7:45-9:00pm May 21st-June 25th
This class continues from absolute beginners level with special attention to core strength within foundation standing and balance poses. The vinyasa style leads students through sequenced poses in tune with breath. Classes end with at least ten minutes relaxation. Great for those returning to yoga after a break!
